Job Description
- Develop and implement overall procurement strategies, policies, and processes for construction materials, equipment, and services - Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, qualification, selection, contracting, and performance management - Lead commercial negotiations with local and overseas suppliers - Establish and maintain a strategic supplier network across China, Japan, Korea, and other key international markets - Monitor procurement budgets, market conditions, material price movements, and supplier performance - Ensure procurement activities support project schedules, quality standards, cost targets, and timely delivery across multiple projects - Lead, manage, and develop the procurement organization, including procurement managers and staff - Collaborate closely with project, engineering, commercial, finance, and senior management teams - Perform other duties and strategic procurement initiatives
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Business English proficiency (spoken and written for technical communication) - Minimum 5 years as Procurement GM in High-rise construction industry with understanding of construction projects needs, strong track record in vendor sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, and procurement strategy implementation - Willing to travel if needed - Stable career - Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and results-oriented mindset
