Job Description
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for Air, Ocean, and Land Freight services - Analyze buying and selling rates to achieve target gross profit (GP) margins and profitability - Negotiate freight rates, capacity, and service terms with airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies, warehouses, and co-loaders - Manage and maintain accurate pricing databases, tariffs, and rate records - Monitor market trends, fuel surcharges, competitor pricing, and trade lane costs - Provide pricing analysis and market insights to management to support business decisions - Manage relationships with overseas agents, local vendors, and logistics partners - Handle vendor registration, performance evaluation, and compliance requirements - Coordinate profit-sharing calculations and routing/order reports - Support the Sales team by providing competitive quotations and pricing solutions - Ensure pricing processes comply with company policies and operational requirements - Lead, supervise, and develop the Pricing team to achieve departmental KPIs - Improve pricing processes and ensure accuracy and timely response to internal and external stakeholders - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from any - High Conversational English proficiency - Min. 4 years of experience as Pricing from freight forwarding or logistics company, experienced in coordinating with overseas partners - Good understanding of Incoterms and international logistics operations - Proven experience in rate negotiation and vendor management - Analytical, detail-oriented, commercially minded, strong in negotiation
