Job Description
- Accompany Japanese patients during their treatment at hospitals/clinics. - Interpret communication between patients and medical staff (doctors, nurses, hospital staff) from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa. - Assist patients in understanding medical procedures, diagnoses, treatments, and doctors' instructions. - Provide basic nursing care in accordance with professional competence and hospital SOPs. - Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes to the relevant medical personnel. - Assist with patients' non-medical needs (administration, follow-up appointment scheduling, etc.) when necessary. - Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical conditions. - Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during their course of treatment. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- D3 in Nursing with NERS degree - Business level of Japanese at least around JLPT N2 level - Min. 1 year as nurse or caregiver in Japan - Willing to work on a 24-hour standby/on-call based on Nurse On-Duty Schedule (6-7 times/month) - Physically and mentally healthy, able to work under pressure and not easily stressed - Possess good communication skills, high empathy, and a professional attitude - Willing to work shifts and be on-call
