Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead and manage all MEP operations across multiple construction projects, including mobile site assignments. - Develop and monitor Master Schedules to ensure timely project completion. - Oversee MEP planning, design, execution, and tender estimation processes. - Review and interpret detailed shop drawings and prepare technical sketches when required. - Ensure proper selection and utilization of MEP materials, equipment, and operational processes. - Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all projects. - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide solutions under tight deadlines. - Ensure all work follows company procedures and Work Instructions (IK). - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Business English proficiency (fluency in communicating with foreigners) ・Min. 5 years as ME&IP Operations Manager for Construction HO, with at least 20 years of experience in construction (specifically min 12 floors high rise building projects), experienced in planning master schedule, design (sketch) & reading (shopdrawing), execution, MEP calculations, including tender estimation ・Skilled and experienced in MEP systems, material, equipment, related software (MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Primavera), HSE, good understanding of IK ・Willing to be placed in HO and any sites (projects) in Indonesia ・Stable career ・Responsible, accountable, good communication and management skill
