- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify business opportunities and improve market positioning. - Manage sales forecasting, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking to support revenue growth and business planning. - Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads, support tender opportunities, and maximize project-based sales opportunities. - Prepare and deliver product, solution, and business presentations to customers, partners, and key stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, consultants, and industry stakeholders. - Lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of marketing programs and achievement of departmental targets. - Analyze marketing performance data and recommend strategic improvements to enhance business results and market competitiveness.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering - Conversational English proficiency - Min. 3 years as Marketing Manager with total of 5 years in the Audio Visual (AV), Lighting, Broadcast, System Integration, Technology Solutions related industries - Strong capability in strategic marketing planning, market segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP), market analysis, and competitor analysis - Proficiency in forecasting, CRM systems, pipeline management, and intermediate-level Microsoft Excel - Own SIM A - Proactive and self-motivated, adaptable, creative, and good communication
