Job Description
- Create, evaluate, and continuously improve the Mandarin curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools - Develop engaging, age-appropriate learning resources that align with curriculum standards and intended learning outcomes - Research curriculum developments and propose enhancements based on current educational trends and best practices - Work closely with teachers to gather feedback and refine curriculum content and delivery - Provide academic support, curriculum guidance, and instructional coaching to Mandarin teachers - Conduct classroom observations and offer constructive feedback to strengthen teaching quality - Organize and deliver curriculum training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for teaching staff - Oversee curriculum implementation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to academic standards across all learning centres - Partner with Academic and Operations teams to develop new programs and support curriculum-related initiatives - Prepare and maintain curriculum documentation, academic reports, and other educational materials as needed - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Education - Business Level Mandarin (HSK 5) with proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening; and Conversational Level English Proficiency - At least 5 years of experience as Mandarin Curriculum Development & Academic Management with understanding in developing curriculum, lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
