Job Description
- Manage and monitor import-export logistics processes, from Purchase Order (PO), shipment, and customs clearance through to delivery and receipt at the Warehouse. - Coordinate with Principals, particularly those based in China and Europe, regarding schedules, documentation, shipments, and logistics requirements. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, Customs authorities, surveyors, and other relevant parties throughout the import-export process. - Ensure the completeness and accuracy of logistics and customs documentation, including LS, PIB, and other customs clearance documents. - Coordinate with the Finance team regarding documentation and payments for freight forwarders, Customs authorities, surveyors, Principals, and other relevant parties. - Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding the receipt of goods following the customs clearance process. - Monitor shipment status for both air and sea freight and ensure all processes are carried out according to schedule and applicable regulations. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree - High Conversational English proficiency (used to coordinating with foreign partners) - Min. 2 years of experience as logistics staff, experienced in end-to-end shipment process (custom clearance, Incoterms, FCL/LCL) from any industry - Own driver's license SIM A or C - High integrity, comprehensive, easy to adapt, and able to work under minimum supervision
