Job Description
- Review and analyze client contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards - Draft and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure company's full legal rights - Monitor and review new and existing regulations and laws related to construction, labor, and import/export of construction materials - Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on various legal topics, including labor law, partnerships, international ventures, and corporate finance - Offer advisory support for litigation matters, coordinating with consultants and legal advisors - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with project deadlines and timely submission of materials - Support project deliverables and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable university - Business English proficiency, with strong capabilities in legal English and professional legal communication - Min 1 year as Assistant Manager with at least 5 years of corporate legal experience in MEP Construction/EPC/Civil Construction - Strong knowledge and practical experience in FIDIC contracts, with proven expertise in contract review, negotiation, drafting, and legal documentation - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
