Job Description
- Build and maintain good relationships with key account customers across Indonesia. - Find new business opportunities and develop new major customers for heavy equipment sales. - Achieve sales targets for products such as excavators and wheel loaders. - Monitor customer projects and tenders, including proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and business follow-up. - Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, after-sales, service, and management to ensure smooth customer support and operations. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, then provide market feedback to Management and HQ. - Support dealer activities and maintain good communication with customers, dealers, financing companies, and internal teams. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. - Business English proficiency. - Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B sales (mining/construction/infra) within the heavy equipment industry for excavators and wheel loaders. - Experienced in managing major/key account customers. - Good communication skills, smart, good business acumen. - Willing to do business trips.
