Job Description
- Visit factories out of town 3 to 4 days each week, simultaneously - Support research activities related to potential manufacturing partners, raw material sourcing, and export/import procedures - Understand production management processes - Monitor and review each production item running in the factory - Verify and clarify the production process in detail - Identify potential issues (e.g., delivery delays, quality problems) early to minimize risks - Ensure the factory meets delivery targets - Perform other related tasks as necessary
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related - Business English Proficiency - Min. 5 years of experience as a Sourcing Merchandiser in Furniture Retail (Product Development & Management System), Furniture Trading (Product Development & Management System) - Experienced in Production Management (from the development stage to the production process and shipment) - Willingness to travel for business trips to Central Java 3-4 times per week simultaneously
