Job Description
- Teach Japanese language, SSW-related subjects, and other relevant lessons according to the learning program. - Guide and support students in improving their Japanese conversation and communication skills. - Provide counseling and guidance for students facing academic, learning, behavioral, or personal challenges. - Support the job matching process, including interview preparation and communication with prospective employers. - Plan and coordinate school activities and events together with teachers, staff, students, and other stakeholders. - Maintain effective communication and coordination with students’ parents regarding academic progress, attendance, and development. - Develop, evaluate, and improve the Japanese language curriculum, learning materials, and teaching methods. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering student performance, learning progress, and KPI achievement. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - High Conversational Japanese (must own JLPT 2) & High Conversational English proficiency - Min. 1 year of experience as Japanese Teacher - Good work ethics, Willing to learn, Polite, Strong communication skills, Confident
