Job Description
- Teach Japanese language from basic to intermediate level (Hiragana, Katakana, basic Kanji, grammar, conversation), aligned with Ginou Jisshuu pre-departure language requirements - Develop and deliver curriculum focused on Room Attendant terminology and situational conversation - Teach Japanese workplace culture and etiquette relevant to hotel service: discipline, punctuality, teamwork, omotenashi, and Keigo basic - Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for interviews with Japanese hotel employers - Coordinate with other instructors to align training with practical housekeeping skill training - Assess student progress through regular tests and evaluation - Prepare student progress reports and departure-readiness recommendations for management - Manage class schedules, attendance, and training materials - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Min Diploma (D3) in Hospitality or a related field - Proficient in High Conversational Japanese, with a minimum JLPT N3 certification - At least 2 years of experience as an instructor at an LPK, training candidates for the Ginou Jisshuu in the hospitality sector - Strong knowledge of Japanese hotel service standards, operational procedures, and hospitality culture - Patient, disciplined, and capable of motivating and mentoring students to prepare for physically demanding, detail-oriented roles in the hospitality industry
