Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, network, hardware, software) to ensure high availability for daily operations - Support the ERP system, including user issues, access management, and coordination with vendors or consultants when needed - Perform routine backups, system updates, and preventive maintenance - Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, routing, and Access Points - Troubleshoot Fortinet firewall and MikroTik devices - Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, patching, and user access control - Maintain network topology documentation and IT asset records - Handle user requests and incidents for hardware, software, printers, email, and Windows OS - Troubleshoot connectivity and data issues between machines (IoT/PLC) and IT systems - Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to solve machine-related system problems
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Associate degree (D3) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; minimum of 2 years of experience as IT staff in a manufacturing company is preferred - Able to troubleshoot Fortinet and MikroTik devices - Able to configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN, VLAN, routing, and Access Points, with a good understanding of network topology - Understanding of how IoT/PLC works on machines, with the ability to troubleshoot at a basic level - Basic programming skills and strong logical thinking - Good communication skills and able to work in a team
