Job Description
- Manage and maintain internal IT security systems, policies and procedures in accordance with company and Group standards - Monitor internal networks, systems, servers, user access and information assets to identify potential security risks - Conduct regular IT security checks, audits and vulnerability assessments and coordinate corrective actions - Manage user accounts, access permissions, endpoint security and information-security controls - Support investigation and initial response to IT security incidents, data leakage, unauthorized access and cyber threats - Conduct employee awareness activities and training related to information security, cybersecurity and proper handling of confidential information - Coordinate with Japan / regional IT teams regarding IT security requirements, incidents and improvement initiatives - Manage IT security requirements involving external vendors, contractors and business partners - Participate in external business meetings and understand customers' technical, operational and security requirements - Handle technical and commercial negotiations with customers, vendors and business partners - Prepare technical proposals, quotations, specifications and supporting documents for customer discussions - Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, IT and other internal departments to develop suitable solutions based on customer requirements - Negotiate project scope, specifications, cost, schedule, service requirements and contractual conditions with external parties - Clarify technical issues and translate customer requirements into practical engineering or IT solutions - Support project execution by monitoring agreements, technical requirements, deliverables and customer expectations - Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners while ensuring compliance with company policies - Prepare reports on IT security status, business negotiations, project progress and identified risks for management - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma's degree - Business English proficiency - At least 3 years of experience as IT Security Assistant Manager from Manufacture or Trading - Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills, Good negotiation, presentation and coordination skills
