Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and ensure the readiness of IT infrastructure across all areas, including networks and desktop systems. - Manage and enforce the IT infrastructure maintenance schedule, including cybersecurity measures. - Perform troubleshooting and recovery actions for any IT infrastructure-related issues or failures. - Prepare and create report on IT infrastructure issues along with corrective measures taken. - Supervise IT personnel and support their professional development. - Plan and oversee budgets for IT infrastructure projects and related activities. - Ensure compliance with EMS, OHSAS, and Quality policies, following the standards of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001. - Monitor and access IT infrastructure systems and equipment to assess performance and identify issues. - Conduct system shutdowns when necessary for IT infrastructure troubleshooting. - Review and approve IT administrative documents. - Other tasked assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or other relater major ・Active Business English Skill ・Minimum 10 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure and helpdesk support in an electronic or automotive manufacturing company with managerial experience ・Familiar and understands ISO 14001, 45001, 9001 and SMK3 ・Proven experience on handling IT System and machine management, and handling IT Infrastructure system troubleshooting ・Good leadership, problem solving skill and communication skill
