Job Description
- Manage and monitor daily IT operations and infrastructure - Ensure availability, stability, and security of the company's IT systems and network - Manage IT security, access control, cybersecurity, and data protection activities - Coordinate IT system integration and application development projects - Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, and IT assets - Monitor IT incidents and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution - Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and security procedures - Coordinate with Japan regarding global IT systems, security requirements, and technical issues - Support implementation and maintenance of ERP, HR systems, business applications, and other IT solutions - Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements - Conduct risk assessments and propose improvements to IT infrastructure and security - Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end users - Prepare IT reports, budgets, project updates, and improvement plans for management - Ensure IT activities comply with company policies, information security requirements, and applicable regulations - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma's degree in Computer Science - Business level English - 5 years of experience as IT Staff handling Infrastructure in Manufacture or Trading company - Residing in Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi - Proactive, analytical, reliable, adaptable, and strong in troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
