Job Description
- Coordinate incoming inspection process for all products - Develop new suppliers and monitor current supplier performance - Coordinate part problem follow-up with suppliers - Supervise quality checks, testing, and sampling to maintain product standards - Evaluate and authorize quality reports, corrective measures, and related documentation - Ensure company production is aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 140001, 13485, IATF) - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent - High-conversational level of English - Minimum 2 years experience as IQC/QA Supervisor or Minimum 5 years of experience as an Incoming Quality Control Specialist within the manufacturing industry - Good understanding about Quality Control and Incoming Inspection system - Proficient in using MS Office - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking & problem solving skills - Effective communication & leadership skills
