Job Description
- Manage expatriate-related documentation, including Visa, KITAS, Passport, immigration permits, and other legal documents - Coordinate with immigration offices, visa agents, and other government institutions to ensure timely processing and renewal of expatriate documents - Maintain accurate records of expatriate documentation and monitor expiration dates - Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, coordinating candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with recruitment agencies - Support onboarding activities for new employees - Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases - Prepare and monitor employee attendance records and daily attendance reports - Maintain employee personal files and HR databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date - Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and other administrative documentation - Ensure HR documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies - Support communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees to facilitate smooth business operations - Provide administrative support for HR-related inquiries from employees - Coordinate with hotels, vendors, government offices, and other external parties when necessary - Assist with general HRGA administrative activities - Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree any major - Business level of Japanese (written and spoken) min JLPT N3 and conversational English - Have 2 years of experience as HR, General Affairs, Secretary, Administration handling expatriate and immigration in Japanese companies - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
