Job Description
- Oversee payroll, personnel records, and employee evaluation processes to ensure accurate and timely administration - Oversee and lead recruitment, onboarding, training, employee development, promotions, and performance management program - Maintain positive relations with employees and ensure compliance with Collective Labor Agreements - Responsible for industrial relations in the company - Draft, review, and implement HR-related contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with local labor laws and corporate standards - Manage foreign work permits and compliance for expatriate staff, coordinating with relevant authorities - Support GA functions, ensuring smooth operations and organizational efficiency - Provide insights and recommendations to management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - Native Sundanese (communication with nearby communities) and Business English proficiency (communication with foreigners) - Min. 3 years as HRGA Manager in a steel manufacturing company, experienced in all HRGA matters (IR, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Administration, etc.) - Direct, proven experience in negotiating with Labor Union, good understanding of labor law, experienced in developing system such as KPI, etc. - BNSP HR Manager Certification - Currently residing in Purwakarta/Karawang/Cikarang - Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, good management skill
