Job Description
・Manage end-to-end HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR administration ・Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies ・Handle industrial relations matters, including union communication and disciplinary processes ・Oversee performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives ・Provide strategic HR advice and recommendations to management ・Monitor and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures General Affairs ・Supervise GA operations including facility management, asset control, vendor management, company licenses, and operational support ・Ensure workplace safety, security, and administrative efficiency ・Manage external stakeholders related to GA matters ・Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree ・3 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager from Japanese Manufacture. ・Business English proficiency ・Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions and labor regulations. ・Experience handling industrial relations and union communication.
