- Handle labor affairs, legal affairs, and labor law-related tasks - Review and revise company systems and regulations - Handle employee disciplinary cases - Interact and negotiate with labor unions - Other related tasks as assigned

- Working experience of HR esepecially handling labor side such as company system update, disciplinary case, lanor union *Manuafcture - Strong mindset and able to work independently - Able to work in Jawa Timur area
