Job Description
'* implementing HR programs and activities including performance management, compensation, learning and development, communication, connectednes promotion process and retention
* advising internal management on organizational policy matters
* review and update employees rules and regulation appropriately , ensuring compliance with indonesia (labor) law and regulations
* perform training for employees
* able to exposure on strategy and people development
* able to develop a team to higher level of performance, able to motivate high calibre talent
* Responsible for managing industrial relation issues and investigations, other work related issues
* identifying and addressing employee relations issues to create and maintain a positive work environment
<Requirement>
- Minimum 10 years experience in HR field, last/current position should be a manager with related experience for 5 years
- Strong communication and English (written and spoken) is a MUST for this role
- Good understanding of Indonesia manpower and labor regulation
- strong Leadership and capable of working under pressure and deadlines
- Flexible with youth, dynamic and creative atsmosfer
- speak out about their passion
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal skill, including listening, client engagement and conflict resolution
- Sound critical thinking, problem solving and negotiating skills, with the ability to apply those skills to wide range of HR issues
