- Manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as organization design, succession planning, key employee retention and change management.
- Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients.
- Lead a process of organization development that plans, communicate, and integrates the results of strategic planning throughtout the organization.
- Provide proficient consultation on all phase of talent management such succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, etc.
- Manage employee communication and feedback through avenues such as company meetings, employee focus groups and one-to-one meetings.
- Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
- Do the talent acquisition in order to achieving the recruitment plan for a year by maximizing the usage from all the sources, not only for Job Search Engine
[Skill and Experience]
- Have around 10 years in HR Industry and have excellent experience in talent Acqusition.
- Have a good english ability both for spoken and written
- Have a good analytical thinking and able to make a report to the upper management
-Service oriented
- Very active is using any type of social media for candidate sourcing (such as Linkedin, Path, Facebook, etc)
