Job Description
- Lead and oversee the entire Security Systems sales team, including Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors, and Sales Executives - Define sales strategies, revenue targets, and annual business development plans. Build and maintain strategic relationships with principals/brands, distributors, and key national accounts - Manage the Security Systems product portfolio, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Integrated Security solutions - Lead major project tender initiatives for government, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and corporate clients - Take full responsibility for the Security Systems division’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance. - Collaborate with other divisions (MEP, Audio Visual, and Digital Office) to deliver integrated solutions - Recruit, train, and develop the capabilities of the sales team - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor's degree - Minimum conversational English proficiency - Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager with 10 years of experience as B2B sales handling Security Systems CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Integrated Security - Familiar with government project tenders - Own SIM A - Target-oriented, with high drive to achieve goals and good negotiation skills
