Job Description
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to grow fleet business and achieve revenue targets. - Identify and approach potential corporate clients, including C-level stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction. - Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree ・Business English proficiency (proficiency in communicating with expat regarding business matters) ・Min. 10 years of experience as B2B Business Development/Sales (client acquisition & account management) with at least 2 years in managerial level, with experience in engaging with C-level stakeholders ・Excellent communication skill, strong negotiation skill, confident, proactive, professional
