Job Description
- Prepare, revise, and maintain shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with building standards and project requirements - Develop preliminary leasing area drawings to support tenant fit-out planning and leasing activities - Produce test-fit layouts, space planning drawings, and area calculations for prospective tenants - Review and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with building regulations and fit-out guidelines - Coordinate with leasing, engineering, and tenant teams regarding layout proposals, drawing submissions, and design requirements - Organize and maintain fit-out documentation, including drawing revisions, approvals, and as-built records - Assist in monitoring tenant fit-out works to ensure alignment with approved drawings and building requirements - Support fit-out project administration and provide technical drafting assistance throughout the tenant fit-out process - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering - High Conversational English proficiency (able to do technical reporting) - Min. 3 years as Interior Drafter, Architectural Drafter or Fit Out Drafter, experienced in preparing technical drawings/shop drawings/built in drawings for office building - Proficient in AutoCAD, capable of producing technical and shop drawings, with strong understanding of architectural, interior, construction, and basic M&E drawings - Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively under project deadlines
