Job Description
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and five-year financial planning while analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting business strategy - Provide commercial finance and business partnering support to Management and the Sales team, including pricing, investment, expansion, cost analysis, and strategic business recommendations - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, review and approve financial statements and management reports, and present financial performance to the Board of Directors and Management - Oversee accurate and timely tax compliance, including withholding taxes, VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing documentation, and expatriate tax matters, while coordinating with tax advisors and relevant stakeholders - Establish and oversee accounting policies, financial controls, governance frameworks, and operating procedures across financial accounting, cost accounting, taxation, and order management - Manage cash flow, working capital, CAPEX, OPEX, and financial risk mitigation while overseeing banking relationships, internal and external audits, and timely resolution of audit findings - Lead accounting system implementation, process transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing finance and accounting shared services for associated companies - Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team by reviewing work, providing guidance, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, and driving cost optimization and operational efficiency - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related - Business English proficiency (written and spoken for technical discussion with expats & foreigners) - Min. 5 years as Finance Accounting Tax Manager in the EPC, Energy, or Construction industry, experienced in pricing, budgeting, sales coordination, and financial & tax advice to commercial teams - Experienced in finance reporting, management accounting, treasury management, taxation, internal control, financial business partnering, financial insights, forecasting, business planning, and financial analysis - Experienced in using accounting system - Excellent stakeholder management and communication, high integrity, and professionalism
