Job Description
- Lead and manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations in accordance with company objectives - Ensure compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, dealer issues, and credit limit reviews - Coordinate with Sales and related divisions to resolve AR issues, bad debts, and collection risks - Develop and update accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls - Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice approvals, supporting documents, and tax deductions - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes - Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and trial balances - Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis - Manage tax compliance, including tax calculations, tax returns, CIT reports, and regulatory requirements - Oversee transfer pricing documentation and resolve complex tax issues in coordination with consultants - Coordinate internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure financial compliance - Prepare consolidation package reports, including financial analysis and reporting - Manage cash flow forecasting, collections, expenditures, and banking relationships - Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting team while providing PSAK and tax-related training to relevant divisions - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - High Conversational English proficiency - 5 years of experience as Finance Accounting Tax Manager from any Japanese company - Detail-focused, proactive, analytical, independent, and reliable in meeting deadlines
