Job Description
- Develop, improve, and maintain facility reporting systems, databases, reporting formats, and operational documentation for all mall locations - Collect, verify, and analyze operational data, including utility consumption, energy efficiency, fire prevention, environmental compliance, and cleanliness performance - Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Facility Management SOPs, guidelines, standards, and operational manuals - Coordinate with facility teams at all mall locations to ensure consistent operational practices, reporting standards, and compliance with company policies - Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations to improve building operations, maintenance standards, and facility performance - Prepare reports, data analysis, presentations, and management summaries to support business decisions and operational improvements - Monitor compliance with building engineering standards, MEP systems, safety regulations, and operational requirements across mall facilities - Perform other facility management projects and assignments as required by Facility Management Headquarters - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering - High Conversational English proficiency - Min. 3 years as Facility Supervisor for commercial building - Experienced in conducting site inspections - Good understanding of building engineering systems, including MEP systems and related regulations - Able to operate AutoCAD - Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime, and willing to travel and visit mall locations as required - Own AK3U cert - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence
