Job Description
- Oversee daily aluminum extrusion production activities, including machine setup, operation, and maintenance, to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. - Develop, optimize, and validate extrusion processes to maintain product quality, process stability, and production consistency. - Monitor production performance, including output, productivity, defect rates, and equipment efficiency, to ensure production targets are achieved. - Analyze extrusion processes and product quality to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to extrusion machinery, equipment, and mechanical or electrical systems. - Plan and implement equipment improvement projects and process development initiatives to enhance production capabilities and reliability. - Establish and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and validation records to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards. - Supervise, guide, and develop the production team to achieve operational targets and maintain high standards of performance. - Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve production processes. - Ensure all extrusion operations comply with company standards, product specifications, workplace safety requirements, and applicable regulations. - Monitor equipment conditions and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity. - Prepare production reports, analyze operational data, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve overall manufacturing performance. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Diploma's degree from any Engineering - Business English proficiency - 5 years of experience as Production Supervisor handling Extrusion from Painting or any Chemical Manufacture - Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
