Job Description
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes - Checking and review shipping, PIB, PEB, and customs documents - Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers - Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements - Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and logistics costs - Support internal departments with trade compliance and shipment-related matters - Prepare periodic import/export activity reports, monitor logistics expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities - Support customs audits and regulatory inspections - Coordination with surveyor for cargo need overseas inspection - Receive, check, review and submit forwarder invoice to Finance - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - High Conversational English proficiency - 2 years of experience as EXIM Staff handling Logistic & Custom Clearance from Japanese Trading or Logistic company - Experience dealing with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities - Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations and import/export procedures - Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible with strong coordination and communication skills
