Job Description
- Conduct site surveys to collect technical data required for project estimation - Visit customers to understand project requirements and discuss technical solutions - Perform project site inspections when assigned by the Engineering Manager or Management - Analyze customer requirements and develop technical concepts, not limited to preparing cost estimates - Prepare accurate cost estimations, Bills of Quantity (BOQ), and supporting technical documents - Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure estimation accuracy - Evaluate project risks, technical feasibility, and estimation assumptions - Prepare technical proposals and support tender submissions - Review project specifications, drawings, and customer documentation - Support value engineering activities by proposing cost-effective and technically feasible solutions - Maintain estimation records and project documentation - Provide technical support during project clarification and handover to the execution team - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering - High Conversational English proficiency - Min. 5 years of experience as Estimator Engineer handling electrical engineering related project - Strong understanding of electrical systems, project estimation, and technical proposal preparation
