Job Description
- Supervise daily forging production operations, including induction heater, forging press, and trimming processes. - Monitor production performance to achieve production targets, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and operational efficiency. - Ensure production activities are carried out according to quality standards, production schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Lead, supervise, and coordinate Production Foremen in daily operations. - Organize shift schedules, allocate manpower effectively, and ensure optimal workforce utilization. - Maintain employee discipline, monitor attendance, and support team development to improve productivity and performance. - Diagnose and resolve industrial electrical issues involving inverters, sensors, control panels, and related equipment. - Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes. - Analyze and troubleshoot PLC systems (Mitsubishi, Omron, and Siemens) to identify root causes of machine failures and minimize production downtime. - Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. - Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) regulations within the high-risk forging environment. - Promote and enforce 5S principles to maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. - Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure all employees follow safe working practices and company safety policies. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Diploma degree in Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Automation/Mechatronics - At least 2 years of experience as Electrical Maintenance Leader using PLC from Forging/Stamping Press/Metal Forming Manufacture - Experience in handling ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF 16949 - Proactive, disciplined, analytical, and decisive leader with strong problem-solving skills - Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
