Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Performing promotion and Ads through Google Ads, PPC, Social Media (IG/Facebook/Etc), Email Marketing & Other Channel, both paid and organic
・Handling all offline (Flyer, Pamflet, Etc) and online content (SEO, Website, Social Media, etc)
・Manage all online account and platforms
・Do digital marketing strategy road maps and campaign, channel and offline activation
・Do promotion plans, schedule, budgeting and allocation
・Ensure achievement of all KPI and company goals
・Performing continues optimization & A/B test to improve KPI and all marketing funnels
・Conducting research (identify customer, competitor and trends)
・Analyzing data, preparing monitoring dashboard and preparing insight for report
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree in any major (preferably from economic; IT)
・Min 3 years experience in Digital Marketing (preferably has certification DM Training)
・Strong content/copy writing skill
・Strong analytical skill
・Familiar with graphic design skill
・Great communication skill
・CRM and Data Management skill
・Data driven and logical thinking
・Up to date with the latest trend and best practice of online marketing
・Business level English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Strong track record in increasing sales growth via online marketing
・Understand content creating
・Experience as Digital Marketing Specialist in property company
