Job Description
- Manage and execute brand campaigns and marketing projects from planning through implementation. - Provide support in product development initiatives and product launch activities. - Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. - Ensure all content initiatives support overall brand positioning and campaign objectives Identify and select appropriate KOLs based on audience relevance and brand alignment, beyond follower count considerations. - Manage end-to-end KOL coordination, including briefing, content direction, revisions, and timeline management. - Ensure KOL-produced content adheres to brand tone, guidelines, and campaign objectives. - Handle multiple KOL partnerships simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced campaign environment. - Develop content concepts and execute content planning strategies. - Conduct photo and video production (including smartphone-based production where appropriate). - Perform video editing and oversee visual content execution. - Produce short-form videos, static visuals, and simple motion graphics content. - Adapt content materials for various platforms, including social media channels and company websites. - Design and adapt visual assets for POSM (Point of Sales Materials). - Develop visual materials for website usage. - Create engaging content materials tailored for social media platforms. - Apply strong understanding of visual hierarchy, clarity, and brand consistency across all creative outputs. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Digital Communication, Business management or any related major ・Business level of English ・Min 2-3 years of experience as marketing for digital content creation and KOL management for food industry or FMCG ・Competence in poster creation and graphic design using design software (Canva pro, capcut pro, adobe premier -> mandatory) ・Highly proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
