Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of financing agreements, commercial contracts, and vendor agreements with a commitment to quick turnaround and high service standards - Ensure all agreements are legally sound, commercially viable, and aligned with the company's risk - Serve as the primary liaison with financial regulators, including OJK, BI, and other relevant authorities - Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Ensure the company's operations remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations at all times - Coordinate and administer General Meetings of Shareholders (RUPS/RUPSLB), including preparation of documentation and follow up actions - Maintain and update the company's Articles of Association in accordance with regulatory and corporate changes - Support and advise on corporate governance best practices across the organization - Provide timely and practical legal counsel to internal business units on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters - Proactively identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies to management - Monitor team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure quality and timeliness of legal output - Other task assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Law ・Business level of English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of working experience as an in-house Corporate Legal with managerial experience in the financial industry ・Proven experience in advisory and compliance matters ・Possess a strong and established professional network within the legal and financial sector, including relationships with regulators ・Good leadership, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
