Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Review contracts and legal documents from a business risk and control perspective, beyond formal legal compliance. - Apply professional judgment to identify material contractual risks relevant to the Company's business model and operations. - Provide practical recommendations balancing risk control with business feasibility. - Manage contract processes including classification, documentation, monitoring, and renewal tracking. - Identify recurring risk patterns and escalate material issues within the risk management framework. - Design and improve contract review standards, approval workflows, and management processes. - Utilize and propose IT-based solutions (workflow tools, contract databases, digital tracking) to enhance efficiency. - Monitor industry best practices and emerging risk trends to strengthen contract risk management. - Develop strong understanding of the Company's business model, transaction structures, and value chain to support practical, forward-looking reviews. - Build and maintain effective relationships with Legal, Procurement, and Sales teams.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree in Law - Language: Business English proficiency - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Contract & Risk Management role - Hard Skills: Strong understanding of contract law, business risk assessment, and risk management frameworks. - Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
