Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and edit CNC programs using CAM software for machining centers and CNC lathes - Provide technical guidance and training to CNC operators on the production floor - Conduct in-process inspection and process capability analysis - Verify programs through simulation and dry run before production - Troubleshoot programming and machine-related issues to minimize downtime - Collaborate with production planners and engineers to optimize machining processes and cycle times - Maintain documentation for CNC programs, tooling setups, and machining parameters - Implement improvements to machining processes based on analysis of production data and quality feedback
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Diploma III (Associate's degree equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering - Conversational English proficiency - At least 2 years of working experience as a CNC programmer within the manufacturing industry - Proficient in CAM software with the ability to write and edit G-code/M-code - Able to work in a team and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
