Job Description
- Develop the company's annual business plan, budget, and financial projections based on sales targets, financing growth, and overall business objectives. - Prepare financial calculations and analysis covering accounting, finance, revenue, operating expenses, profitability, and cash flow projections. - Calculate funding requirements based on projected sales and financing disbursement, including determining the amount of funding needed from banks and preparing funding plans in advance. - Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to ensure sufficient funding availability to support the company's business growth and operational needs. - Establish sales targets, financing disbursement projections, and portfolio growth plans based on market conditions and the company's financial capacity. - Set minimum acceptable NPL (Non-Performing Loan) and delinquency thresholds, and communicate performance limits and corrective actions to the Executive Officer (EO) and relevant departments. - Monitor actual sales performance against targets and determine the required sales volume to achieve revenue, profitability, and portfolio growth objectives. - Analyze manpower requirements based on business projections, operational workload, branch expansion, and productivity targets. - Monitor actual financial and operational performance against budgets and projections, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. - Prepare financial models and business scenarios to evaluate the impact of changes in sales performance, funding costs, NPL levels, and operating expenses on company profitability. - Coordinate with Marketing, Collection, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, and other departments to align business targets, funding plans, manpower allocation, and risk management. - Prepare regular business performance reports, financial projections, and strategic recommendations for the Board of Directors and senior management to support decision-making. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree - Business English proficiency - Minimum 3 years as Business Planning Senior Manager with 10 years of experience as Business Planning or FPA within multifinance industry - Honest, good analytical and communication skills, Disciplined, good leadership and collaboration skills
