Job Description
- Handle end-to-end processing of expatriate permit applications, including work permits, stay permits, visas, and other immigration-related documents - Prepare, review, and verify required documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements - Coordinate with relevant government institutions, including Immigration Office, Ministry of Manpower, OSS, and other regulatory authorities - Monitor the progress of permit applications and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion - Provide professional consultation and guidance to clients regarding expatriate permit procedures, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance - Maintain accurate records and databases of client documents, permit status, and expiration dates - Monitor permit validity and proactively notify clients regarding renewals and extensions - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines - Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, labor regulations, and government policies related to expatriate employment - Prepare reports on permit status, application progress, and client activities for management - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client services - Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the permit application process - Maintain confidentiality of client information and company documentation - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and relevant government authorities - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Management, or a related field - Business level of English - Have 3 years of experience as Consultant in Visa consulting, handling expatriate permit processing, immigration services, visa consulting, or corporate administration, including Work Permit (RPTKA/Notification), Stay Permit (ITAS/KITAS), Visa, MERP, STM, SKTT, and other immigration-related processes is preferred - Good understanding of Indonesian immigration regulations and manpower laws related to foreign workers - Experience coordinating with government institutions such as the Directorate General of Immigration, Ministry of Manpower, OSS, and other regulatory bodies - Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with online government systems
