Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated brand commerce strategies that align brand marketing objectives with e-commerce business goals - Translate brand marketing campaigns into actionable e-commerce activation plans across major online marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and other digital platforms - Ensure brand consistency and effective customer experience across all e-commerce touchpoints - Identify business opportunities to increase online sales, market share, and brand visibility - Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to optimize campaign planning and execution - Manage the adaptation of brand creative assets to maximize digital engagement, conversion rates, and overall commercial performance - Coordinate promotional activities, campaign calendars, and product launches with relevant stakeholders - Recommend improvements to product listings, digital content, and online merchandising to enhance customer experience - Coordinate and optimize brand marketing budgets with e-commerce and trade promotion budgets - Monitor campaign performance and marketing investments to maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and overall business profitability - Track promotional effectiveness and recommend budget allocation improvements based on campaign performance - Analyze e-commerce sales performance, consumer behavior, customer journeys, and digital marketing metrics - Provide actionable insights to support brand strategy, product innovation, pricing strategies, and future campaign planning - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging digital commerce opportunities - Prepare regular business performance reports and strategic recommendations for management - Act as the primary liaison between the Indonesia office and headquarters in Japan regarding brand commerce initiatives - Communicate business updates, marketing strategies, campaign progress, and performance reports in Japanese and English - Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development to ensure successful campaign execution - Support strategic projects and initiatives assigned by management - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field - Business level of Japanese verbal and written (JLPT N2) and Business level English - At least 5 years of experience for Assistant Manager level in Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Marketing in FMCG companies - Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce industries and experience in handling commercial strategy - Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across online commerce platforms - Strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, online consumer behavior, and marketplace operations - Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent communication skills
