Job Description
- Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable - Manage petty cash, employee expense reimbursements, and domestic/international payment processes - Assist with monthly, annual closing activities and coordinate with external tax advisors regarding tax-related matters and documentation - Manage employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes - Prepare and process monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee attendance records - Handle social security and other employee-related administrative procedures - Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and communication with candidates - Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and relationships with external vendors and building management - Maintain and update internal company policies and procedures in accordance with applicable local regulations - Coordinate company events, employee health checkups, and other corporate activities - Support disaster preparedness and business continuity-related initiatives - Conduct research and prepare reports regarding the business and investment environment in Indonesia
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Business level of English - At least 2 years of experience as Accounting, HRGA, Administrative, Back office in Japanese Trading companies - Understanding of Indonesian labor regulation and working knowledge of accounting principles and HR administration - Experience using Accurate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word - Strong attention to detail, good time management and communication skills
