Job Description
- Manage and supervise machining, mechanical maintenance, and electrical maintenance activities to ensure smooth production operations - Oversee CNC machining processes and ensure production targets, quality, productivity, and delivery requirements are achieved - Develop and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and electrical equipment - Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for mechanical and electrical machine breakdowns to minimize downtime - Monitor maintenance and production KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, machine availability, productivity, and quality - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and PPIC teams to resolve operational issues - Lead continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM - Manage, supervise, and develop machining and maintenance team members - Prepare regular reports on production, maintenance performance, machine downtime, and improvement activities - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Business English proficiency - At least 5 years of experience as Assistant Manager in machining, maintenance and electrical in Japanese manufacturing - Strong experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance - Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, sensors, control panels, and PLC-related systems - Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
