Job Description
- Oversee daily Sales activities, working hands-on alongside the team - Lead and perform hands-on assembly of construction machinery parts and components - Supervise and develop a team of assembly operators, allocating daily work, monitoring progress, and providing on-the-job training - Manage sub-assembly processes from preparation through to completion - Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, cranes, torque wrenches, and other assembly tools - Establish, document, and continuously improve assembly procedures and work standards - Ensure all assembly work meets required quality standards and customer specifications - Carry out and oversee final product inspections prior to delivery - Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation (QMS, Work Standards, Inspection Standards) and related process procedures - Act as the point of contact for customers on sales, technical, quality, and assembly matters - Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly - Identify operational and quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions - Other task assigned
Job Requirement
- Associate degree (D3) in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering - Business English proficiency - Minimum 5 years of experience as Assembly staff handling sub-assembly work for construction machinery parts and components - Own forklift certification (SIO) - Proven shop-floor experience combined with team supervision, including the ability to establish and control quality documentation - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively
