Job Description
- Handle installation and material handling systems and equipment at customer sites - Supervise and coordinate machinery installation, including mechanical and electrical works - Conduct equipment inspection, testing, adjustment, and trial operation after installation - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment-related issues - Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for installed systems - Respond to customer inquiries and after-sales service requests - Analyze equipment problems and propose appropriate technical solutions - Coordinate with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams during installation and service activities - Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and installation documentation - Manage on-site work schedules and ensure installation activities are completed according to project timelines - Ensure all installation and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures - Support spare-parts identification, replacement, and service recommendations - Provide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance - Support improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency - Conduct regular site visits and maintain good relationships after equipment installation - Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma degree - High Conversational English proficiency - At least 2 years of experience as After Sales Sales Engineer Supervisor handling Automation - Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident
