Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies - Oversee cost accounting activities, including standard costing, actual costing, cost variance analysis, and production cost control - Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and manufacturing overhead - Lead inventory control processes, including stock reconciliation, periodic and annual stock opname, inventory valuation, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory analysis - Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and PPIC teams to ensure accurate inventory records and effective cost control - Lead monthly and annual financial closing, including preparation and review of financial statements and General Ledger reconciliations - Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements - Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, Income Tax (Articles 21, 23, 25, and 29), fiscal reconciliation, and tax reporting
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Conversational English Fluency - Min. 5 years of finance accounting tax experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing company - Strong knowledge of cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting, including standard costing, BOM, WIP, COGM, COGS, cost variance analysis, and inventory valuation using FIFO and Moving Average methods - Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT and Income Tax - Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
