Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting - Supervise the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping - Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements - Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Handle general ledger maintenance and month-end/year-end closing procedures - Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations - Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed - Support cost accounting activities related to manufacturing operations -Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field -Around 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacture -Supervisor-level or above experience -Good knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting, AP/AR, and general ledger -Experience with month-end/year-end closing -Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations -Detail-oriented with good analytical and team management skills
