Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage the end-to-end preparation, calculation, payment, and reporting of monthly and annual taxes, including PPh 21, 23, 26, 4(2), 15, 22, 25/29, and PPN - Prepare and submit SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan through Coretax DJP, e-Bupot, and e-Faktur, ensuring timely and accurate compliance - Review Faktur Pajak, Bukti Potong, and supporting tax documents for accuracy and completeness - Reconcile tax balances with the general ledger and perform PPN/PPh equalization against revenue and expenses - Manage tax audit requirements, including document preparation and responses to SP2DK, while coordinating with tax authorities and external consultants - Support tax objection and appeal processes when required, monitor regulatory changes, identify tax planning opportunities, and manage related tax risks - Lead monthly and annual closing activities and oversee key account reconciliations, including bank, intercompany, AR/AP, and fixed assets - Ensure journal entries and accounting transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported - Prepare and review financial statements, including the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statement - Analyze financial results and variances and provide relevant insights to management to support business decisions - Support external audits by preparing financial schedules, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and explanations
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field - Proficient in business English, both written and spoken - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor in a Manufacturing company - Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK; familiar with Coretax DJP, e-Faktur and e-Bupot (Bridgenote experience is a plus) - Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, with high integrity, attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
