Role –

Position: Head of Overseas Business Development

Designation: Dy General Manager/ General Manager - Business Development Overseas

Report to: Director(Group BD head) and Director cum CEO

Experience: More than 15 years in Business Development in water business field or equivalent field

Education: Bachelor degree in engineering, MBA

Age: preferably up to 45 years old

Salary: 20 to 30 Lakhs depending upon the experience and skills.



Required Skill:

Business development skills in overseas market of water and waste water field, or equivalent field.
Process engineering knowledge for waste water treatment
Leadership skills with high level negotiating, influencing and communication abilities.
Tender preparation with cost estimation,
Risk management skills with commercial, technical and legal aspects
Team management


Preferred Skill:

Business development skills in Indian market of water and waste water field.
Process engineering knowledge for water treatment/industrial water treatment in addition to waste water treatment.
Project management knowledge for the same field.
Flexibility to cultural difference
