Job Description
• To manage entire R&D maintenance activities to ensure smooth day to day operations of the R&D.
• Identifying safety Hazards and taking Actions on Electrical areas.
• To maintain basic healthy condition of all the equipment’s to reduce breakdowns and produce quality parts.
• To prepare preventive, predictive & shutdown maintenance schedules and carry out maintenance activities as per plan.
• To do improvements/ kaizens on breakdown time reduction, cost reduction and improve equipment safety.
• Identify critical spares required and maintain stocks as per min-max level.
• Maintenance of all R&D equipment’s.
• Knowledge of procurement of measuring equipment required in R&D

Requirements
• Good knowledge of electrical work
• Maintenance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment used in R&D of Two-wheeler industry.
• Must have indepth knowledge of electronic system.
• Maintenance Knowledge of assembly Machines.
